Course Description

TT Communications is intended to give students familiarity with how devices in TT networks communicate together. In addition, it is important to understand the different TT network setups as well as when and why they would be implemented. We want to ensure that network administrators at client sites are familiar with how TT environments communicate and with the best practices and examples of optimal TT environment setups. Major topics include the following:

• TT Trading Networks
• X_TRADER® and Gateway Communications
• Exchange Connections
• Network Segments

Course Design

TT Communications is delivered by TT Support professionals at TT's offices. The duration is approximately three hours, and all participants will receive a comprehensive reference guide and supplementary handouts to reinforce the concepts covered during the course.

Prerequisite

Participants must have recently completed the TT101 course and have a general understanding of networking principles.

Who Should Attend?

TT Communications is targeted to support professionals that are newer to the setup and support of TT trading networks. Advanced networking concepts will be discussed in a later course.
