Diversity and Inclusion
TT is a forward-thinking organization that prioritizes diversity and inclusion and advocates for all. We support a diverse workplace through initiatives led by our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, such as our TT Women in Tech Employee Resource Group (ERG). Additionally, our board is 17% gender diverse, which is on par with other similarly sized companies2.
