We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our employees. This role requires a strong understanding of Microsoft Intune, cloud platforms (AWS and Azure), virtualization technologies (VMware and Nutanix), and a proven ability to manage Windows servers and MacOS.

 

What Will You Be Involved With?
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for device management and application deployment.
  • Onboard and offboard employees, ensuring seamless access to IT resources.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Perform server patching and maintenance on VMware and Nutanix environments.
  • Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD).
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 4-5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Level 1 and Level 2 support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
  • Experience in user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management and access provisioning.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware and Nutanix).
  • Proven ability to manage IT vendors.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with conference room A/V equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Asset management experience, including tracking, inventory control, and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, VMware).
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • 4-5 years of experience in IT support, hardware/software management, and Windows patching, with strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
