We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Product Owner to join our growing team and guide the development of our cutting-edge options trading platform. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our users while driving business growth. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of options trading and a passion for building innovative and user-friendly products.

 

What Will You Be Involved With?
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand user needs, market trends, and identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Translate user needs into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria, providing the development team with the necessary information for development.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the options trading landscape, including new products, technologies, and regulations.
  • Work closely with the development team throughout the development lifecycle, answering questions, providing clarification, and making timely decisions.
  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business objectives.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Communicate product updates and other relevant information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

 

What You Bring to the Table
  • Demonstrated knowledge of options strategies, pricing, risk management, and market dynamics. Experience with trading platforms is a plus
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
    Passion for building innovative and user-friendly products
