The London People Operations Lead is a strategic and results-oriented HR professional responsible for leading all aspects of People Operations within the EMEA location including guiding and influencing leadership, managing change and delivering impactful solutions that support the organization’s growth and operational goals.
This key role will drive organizational success by partnering with leadership, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of success in managing all facets of the People function within a dynamic and growing organization. This is an on site position based in our London office requiring regular and consistent presence to facilitate close collaboration with the team.
What Will You Be Involved With?
- Delivering the implementation of People strategies and initiatives for the EMEA region aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Guarantee compliance with national and local HR strategy by conducting detailed investigations and maintaining records.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive packages and compliance.
- Managing full cycle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
- Drive People Operations initiatives focused on employee engagement, development, and diversity & inclusion.
- Participate in projects aimed at streamlining processes and optimizing tools to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of People Operations. Build and maintain strong business partner relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Proven experience managing all facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and training & development.
- In-depth knowledge of UK, and European labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Prior experience handling Mergers and Acquisitions
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Knowledge of HR analytics and metrics
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing business needs
- Proficiency in G-Suite (Google) applications is a plus
