Justin joined TT as Chief Operating Officer in January 2024. Prior to joining TT, Justin served in multiple leadership roles at Broadridge, ION and Fidessa (acquired by ION).

Jono uses his industry expertise and passion for different cultures to form strong partnerships and exceptional user experiences.
As SVP, Head of Sales, APAC, Jono identifies growth opportunities by understanding clients needs and providing tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Prior to TT, Jono worked in trading, clearing and settlement operations at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).
Jono received a diploma in e-Business from Spherion.
Elise has spent her career helping technology companies drive awareness, pipeline and revenue growth through marketing.
As EVP, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, she leads TT’s global marketing and communications organization. Her responsibilities include brand management, corporate and marketing communications, go-to-market strategies and demand generation.
Prior to joining TT in 2003, Elise was with Ketchum/Corporate Technology Communications, Datamax Corporation and Zebra Technologies. She also served two terms on the Illinois Technology Association Board of Directors.
Elise received her undergraduate degree in public affairs and mass communications from Indiana University.
Nick Garrow has spent more than two decades driving global technological and operational transformation in capital markets and prime brokerage.
As EVP, Chief Strategy Officer, Nick oversees TT’s main lines of business, global business development and corporate development, including acquisitions. Previously, he served as Chief Revenue Officer and as EVP, Multi-Asset & Buy Side.
Prior to TT, Nick held various executive positions at Societe Generale (SG) Prime Services, including Global Head of IT and Operations and Global Head of Cross-asset Technology. His career has also included other senior technology transformation and sales roles with Newedge, Calyon Financial, Patsystems and the French futures exchange MATIF (now Euronext).
Nick received his undergraduate degree in economics and geography from the University of Portsmouth and conducted post-graduate studies in international marketing at Buckinghamshire College.
Alun is a dynamic and competitive leader who excels at crafting products tailored to clients’ needs.
As EVP, Managing Director, Futures and Options, Alun is laser-focused on continually strengthening TT’s leadership position in listed derivatives.
Previous to TT, Alun held critical roles in derivatives utility, post-trade derivatives and securities at Fidelity Information Services (FIS) and SunGard (acquired by FIS).
Alun received master’s degrees in mathematics from the University of Oxford and Queen Mary University of London.
Chris is a trendsetter in the fast-paced fixed income industry, driven by a passion for building businesses and products.
As EVP, Managing Director, Fixed Income, Chris heads TT’s global fixed income business with a focus on delivering cutting-edge EMS technology for both sell-side and buy-side clients.
Prior to joining TT, Chris spent over 20 years in fixed income, with sales trading and business development roles at Flow Traders, SumRidge Partners and Morgan Stanley.
Chris received his undergraduate degree in finance from Villanova University.
Roger Mills has a passion for detail that has driven him throughout his entire career in finance.
As EVP, Chief Financial Officer, Roger is responsible for all aspects of Trading Technologies’ financial operations and venture investments. Previously, Roger served as EVP Finance and oversaw global financial reporting, planning, taxation, treasury and procurement. Prior to that, Roger served as the company’s controller.
A Certified Public Accountant, Roger has worked in financial positions with privately and publicly held companies, including HealthStar and Oxford Health Plans.
Roger, who is a native of South Africa, received his MBA and undergraduate degree in International Business from the University of South Alabama in Mobile.
Though she began her capital markets career in London, Alice’s roots have been planted in Asia for more than a decade.
Alice is an expert at defining business strategies to drive growth and building collaborative working environments across teams. As EVP, Head of APAC based in Singapore, she oversees TT’s commercial efforts, business operations and staff throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to TT, Alice gained broad experience with several capital markets technology companies, including FIS and, more recently, KRM22.
Alice earned her degree from The Queen’s College University of Oxford.
Mike Ryan has critical expertise in intellectual property and software agreements and contracts while understanding the needs of the business.
As EVP, Chief Legal Officer, Mike is responsible for all legal matters affecting the corporation, including licensing, service and hosting agreements, consulting agreements, employment, property leasing and vendor contracts. In addition to his legal responsibilities, Mike manages TT’s Contract Management and Facilities departments.
Before joining TT, Mike was an attorney at Oppenheimer, Wolff and Donnelly, where he was a member of the insurance and general litigation departments.
Mike is a graduate of Kalamazoo College and DePaul University College of Law.
Jason’s insatiable curiosity and hunger to tackle big problems has put him at the epicenter of TT’s growth.
As EVP, Chief Technology and Product Officer, Jason leads TT’s global engineering, product management, operations and infrastructure teams. He spearheads strategy for new product development and innovation, leading the company’s strategic adoption of AI and other advanced technologies for both internal and external applications.
Previously, he served in various roles including Chief Platform Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Product Officer and Line of Business Head for Execution Service. He first joined TT to lead a group within TT’s in-house trading entity focused on algorithmic commodity trading.
Jason received his undergraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Shridhar combines an innovative approach to conquering tough software challenges with an ability to assemble top-notch teams.
As EVP, Head of India and Middle East, Shridhar manages the business operations and teams in TT’s GIFT City, Pune and Dubai offices.
Previously, Shridhar spearheaded TT’s entry into India by establishing a software development center in Pune. In addition, he was instrumental in developing the TT platform.
Shridhar received his undergraduate degree in computer engineering from Sardar Patel University and a master’s degree in computer science from DePaul University.c
Joe’s vast expertise in quantitative trading inspires clients to use automated trade execution products.
As EVP, Managing Director, Quantitative Trading Solutions (QTS), Joe is the driving force behind TT’s strategy for quantitative trading products. He oversees the implementation of algo solutions across TT’s diverse range of multi-asset products.
Before TT, Joe founded RCM-X, which TT acquired in 2022. Before RCM-X, he worked at Wedbush Securities and Lime Brokerage.
Joe sits on the Masters of Financial Engineering Advisory Boards at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of California Los Angeles.
Tomo is passionate about people, processes, technology and shaping the future of capital markets trading.
As EVP, Managing Director, FX, Tomo is focused on building an FX offering that will be mutually beneficial for all the stakeholders within the FX ecosystem.
Before joining TT, Tomo was head of trading at First Quadrant, LLC where he managed the trading team and all trading-related activities across all assets. Prior to that, he worked at Goldman Sachs in both Hong Kong and Tokyo.
Tomo has been a frequent speaker at FX and financial services events and has served on advisory boards for Best X, FX Connect, FX Hive and TradeTech FX conferences. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University).
Melissa focuses on optimizing the effectiveness of the organization and developing the capabilities of teams and people to serve customers into the future.
As EVP, Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff, Melissa leads customer support and service delivery, people operations, internal technology systems and strategic acquisition integrations.
She has held various management positions at TT, leading product and engineering project management teams, and serving as Chief Transformation Officer.
Prior to TT, she was a Consultant at Accenture in financial services and healthcare.
Melissa has an undergraduate degree in management information systems and marketing from Loyola University of Chicago.
Peter understands the critical role of data and analytics in making smarter, well-informed trading decisions.
As EVP, Managing Director, Data and Analytics, Peter leads TT’s multi-asset data strategy. He focuses on optimizing data sets and technology to minimize risk, reduce costs and enhance clients’ performance in financial markets.
Prior to joining TT through the Abel Noser Solutions acquisition, Peter was the firm’s CEO. Before ANS, he was a partner at The Equinox Fund, a trader at The Broad Street Fund and worked at Abelow Ihasz, all New York-based hedge funds. Additionally, he has served as an adjunct professor at the Pension Institute at George Washington University.
Peter received a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University.
