(TT), a global capital markets technology platform provider, today announced that it has closed on the acquisition of ATEO SAS, a leading provider of post-trade solutions for listed derivatives, expanding TT’s reach into clearing and other middle-office technologies and services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

(TT), a global capital markets technology platform provider, today announced connectivity to the European Power Exchange (EPEX SPOT), the largest power exchange in Europe. through the TT® platform. The connection gives clients the ability to trade the European physical power markets for the first time on the TT platform. In collaboration with a large European energy supplier, TT offers the new continuous intraday power trading capability to clients globally as a fully co-located service.

TT® Compliance and TT® Quantitative Trading Solutions build on existing strengths, recent acquisitions through new strategic focus

CHICAGO, Dec. 13, 2023 — Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), a global capital markets technology platform provider, today announced the launch of two new lines of business, TT Compliance and TT Quantitative Trading Solutions (QTS), to further support the company’s growth into new asset classes. The two dedicated lines of business build on TT’s past offerings in trade surveillance and algorithmic/quantitative trading solutions that were strengthened by TT’s acquisitions of Abel Noser Solutions – the industry-leading provider of transaction cost analysis (TCA) for investment managers, brokers, asset owners and consultants – in August 2023 and RCM-X – a technology provider of algorithmic execution strategies and quantitative trading products – in March 2022.
