Trading Technologies (TT) is scaling its next-generation Compliance platform — a modern, data-driven trade surveillance system used by financial institutions to detect market abuse and satisfy regulatory requirements. Our Prague-based engineering team will play a key role in delivering a fully modernised UI for the platform — focused on usability, speed, and real-time decision-making for compliance professionals.
We are hiring experienced UI engineers with strong Angular skills and leadership potential to join the Compliance+ team. You’ll help build a modular, responsive, and intuitive front end that makes complex trade data and alerts actionable for users in real time.
This is a hands-on role ideal for engineers who thrive on clean design, maintainable code, and scalable UI architecture.
Tech Stack
- Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript
- Frameworks: Angular (primary)
- Infrastructure: CloudFront, REST APIs, GraphQL, AWS
Tooling: Git, CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring tools
What Will You Be Involved With?
Required:
- Strong experience building production applications with Angular and TypeScript
- A passion for writing clean, maintainable, component-based UI code
- Ability to take initiative and own UI modules or features from start to finish
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Attention to UI/UX details and responsiveness in enterprise-scale interfaces
Preferred:
- Familiarity with React or willingness to collaborate on mixed-frontend projects
- Experience in enterprise or data-heavy UIs (dashboards, alerts, investigations)
- Knowledge of financial markets, compliance, or surveillance software
- Prior experience mentoring other frontend engineers or leading small teams

Compensation: Kč1,200,000 – Kč1,700,000 / year
