We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer. As a Developer, you will work closely with our experienced developers and IT professionals to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
What Will You Be Involved With?
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications
- Provide technical support to end-users of ServiceNow applications
- Maintain and update existing ServiceNow applications and configurations
- Stay up-to-date with new developments and best practices in ServiceNow development
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, configurations, and integrations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in providing user support across different time zones is a plus.
- Experience in either Customer Service Management, CMDB, Service Portal Development or Service Operations Workspace
- Knowledge of the following is a bonus: Angular, Javascript, ITIL, ITOM and CAB
