CHICAGO, Sept. 14, 2026 – Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), a global capital markets technology provider, today announced the appointment of Katie Price as EVP, Global Head of Data, Analytics and Compliance. Price, who is based in New York and reports to Nick Garrow, EVP, Chief Strategy Officer, has spent her career at financial services and capital markets firms driving strategic growth, business transformation and client engagement. 

This new role brings together TT’s Data and Analytics line of business, including TT® TCA, with Compliance, including TT® Trade Surveillance—reflecting the increasing convergence of data-driven analytics, regulatory reporting, oversight and surveillance capabilities across the trade life cycle. The rapid adoption of AI across capital markets is further accelerating the need for trusted data, sophisticated analytics and integrated compliance technologies that can support both innovation and oversight. By aligning these complementary offerings under a single leadership structure, TT further enhances its ability to deliver integrated solutions that help clients generate actionable trading insights, meet regulatory obligations and manage risk more effectively.  

Peter Weiler, EVP, Managing Director, Data and Analytics, will transition to an advisor role until the end of the year. Weiler joined TT following its acquisition of Abel Noser Solutions, where he served as CEO.

Her experience and leadership will be instrumental as we continue to build out our multi-asset capabilities and deliver best-in-class data, analytics and compliance solutions to support our global clients. Prior to joining TT, Price served as S&P Global’s Senior Vice President, Global Head of Corporates in the Chief Client Office. She previously was Head of Ventures at the firm and at IHS Markit prior to its 2022 acquisition by S&P Global. Her career has also included senior roles at IHS Markit, Ipreo, Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan.  

Price earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting and business with a concentration in finance from the University of Southern California.
