Trading Technologies International, Inc. (“Trading Technologies”) respects your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains who we are, how we collect, share and use personal information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect via our website (available at tradingtechnologies.com), mobile applications, our services including our platforms and our controlled widgets embedded in communication platforms and related support services, and from our business partners (collectively, “Sites”).

What does Trading Technologies do?
Trading Technologies develops, delivers and hosts software for enterprise-level financial traders. We are headquartered in the U.S. but have group companies in Europe, South America and Asia / Pacific.

What personal information do we collect?
We collect information on or through our Sites that (1) you voluntarily provide to us, (2) we collect automatically when you visit, use, or navigate the Sites, and (3) we obtain from our third party business partners.
In the last twelve (12) months, we may have collected, processed, and/or shared the following categories of information with our business partners and service providers:
- Identifiers. Including any information you submitted or provided to us by which you may be personally identified, including without limitation your name, age, title, gender, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and email address.
- Log, Device, and Usage Information. Including information about your internet connection or ISP, your operating system, and browser type, the hardware version and equipment you use to access our Sites, battery and signal strength, IP address, cookie and pixel identifiers, search engine referrals, interactions with our Sites, and information about how and when you access our Sites, such as the date and time of your visit, the pages you visit, the links you click, the amount of time you spend on each page, or use and other usage details. We may also collect information regarding your market segment (e.g., proprietary trader or bank trader) and interests (e.g., what exchanges and products you trade).
- Communications Information. Including information that you provide during communications and interactions with our Sites and us, such as information that you provide by filling in forms when using our Sites.
- Location Data. We collect location data such as information about your device’s location, which can be either precise or imprecise. How much information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Sites. For example, we may use GPS , Bluetooth, WiFi signals and other technologies to collect geolocation data that tells us your current location. You can opt out of allowing us to collect this information either by refusing access to the information or by disabling your Location setting on your device. Note however, if you choose to opt out, you may not be able to use certain aspects of the Sites.
- Survey Information. Including any responses to surveys that you submit to us that we may ask you to complete for research or use for improvements to the Sites.
- Transactional Information. This may include financial and billing information you provide to us in connection with any transactions or trades through the Sites such as trader IDs and statistical and other aggregated data derived from your use of the Sites.
- User Contributions. You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of the Sites (including community forums), or transmitted to other users of the Sites (including electronic messages within an organization) or third parties (including trades sent to exchanges and trade history sent to broker/FCM) (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of those with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions.
- Information from Third Parties. Including information from your broker or futures commission merchant or an exchange, where you have provided consent for it to be shared, or we are otherwise legally permitted to obtain your information from them. This information includes your name and trading identification.

The information above may be provided directly by you or by somebody designated by your company to set up and administer your account (which may be the Trading Technologies customer or technical support contact) (an “Administrator”).
As you would expect, if you are unable to or choose not to provide us (or your Administrator) with the Personal Information required for the performance of the Sites, we may be unable to provide you with the Sites you have requested.
Advertising, Use of Cookies, and Other Tracking Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with the Sites, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns. In some countries, including countries in the European Economic Area, this information may be considered personal information under applicable data protection laws. Collecting this information enables us to better understand the users of our Sites, where they come from, and what content / functionality on our Sites is of interest to them. We use this information for our internal analytics purposes and to improve the quality and relevance of our Sites to our users.
The technologies we use for automatic data collection may include:
- Cookies, browser cookies, web beacons, pixels (or similar technologies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. If you continue without changing your settings, we will assume that you are happy to receive all cookies on the Site. You can change your cookie settings at any time. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Sites. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Sites.
We advertise in a number of ways, including online through managed social media presences, and on other unaffiliated sites and mobile applications. To understand how our advertising campaigns are performing, we may collect certain information via our Sites through our advertising service providers. We do not permit third parties to advertise on our Site.
You may opt-out of marketing communications we send you at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking on the “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link in the marketing emails we send you. To opt-out of other forms of marketing (such as postal marketing or telemarketing), then please contact us using the contact details provided under the “How to Contact Us” heading below.
Opt-out requests may take up to 10 days to process for email, and up to 30 days for all other marketing methods. Please note that even if you have opted-out of receiving marketing communications from us, we may still contact you for transactional or informational purposes. These include, for example, customer service issues, returns or product-related inquiries, surveys or recalls, or any questions regarding a specific order.
Controlling Our Tracking Tools
Your browser may give you the ability to control cookies. How you do so, however, depends on your browser and the type of cookie. Certain browsers can be set to reject all browser cookies. If you configure your computer to block all cookies, you may disrupt certain web page features, and limit the functionality we can provide when you visit or use our Sites. If you block or delete cookies, not all of the tracking that we have described in this Policy will stop. Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. These browser features are still not uniform, so we are not currently set up to respond to those signals. Our websites allow users to accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Controlling Online Interest-Based Ads
We sometimes work with online advertising vendors to provide you with relevant and useful ads. This may include ads served on other companies’ websites. These ads may be based on information collected by us or third parties. For example, your postal code may be used to target an ad for people in your area. These ads may also be based on your activities on our Sites or on third party websites.

In addition, users may prevent Google’s collection of data generated by your use of the Sites (including your IP address) by downloading and installing a Browser Plugin available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.
How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Information:
- To present our Sites and its contents to you.
- To provide you with Trading Technologies information, products, or services that you request from us.
- To provide you with notices about your account/subscription, including expiration and renewal notices (some of these notices may also go to your Administrator)
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you (or your company) and us, including for billing and collection.
- To notify you about changes to our Sites we offer or provide through it.
- To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Sites.
- To provide you with support services.
- To estimate our audience size and usage patterns.
- To store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Site according to your individual interests (e.g., to customize your personal trading workspace or specific trading functionality).
- To allow you to use our Sites and maintain and improve the accuracy of the records we hold about you.
- To analyze the effectiveness of our advertisements, understand our audience, customers, and other website visitors.
- To identify new products or services that you may be interested in.
- To improve your use of the Sites.
- To identify new visitors and recognize you when you return to our Sites.
- In any other way we may describe when you provide the information.
- For any other purpose with your consent.
- We may also use your information to contact you about TT goods and services that may be of interest to you.
With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?
We do not share your Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties for their own direct marketing activities. We may share your Personal Information in the following circumstances:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates, which are located in multiple countries around the world.
- To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep Personal Information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
- With exchanges, brokers, futures commissions merchants, or other clearing firms as necessary to provide the services we provide you.
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For example, if you give us an e-mail address to use the “share via e-mail” feature of our Sites, we will transmit the contents of that e-mail and your e-mail address to the recipients; and information related to trades entered by you will be shared with the relevant exchanges.
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us is among the assets transferred.
- For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.
- We may also disclose your Personal Information in the following circumstances:
- To comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
- To enforce or apply our agreements with you, including for billing and collection purposes.
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect our rights, property, or safety, our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
- To any other person with your consent to the disclosure.
Data Security
The security and confidentiality of your Personal Information matters to us. We have implemented industry standard administrative, physical, and technical measures like encryption, access controls, intrusion detection systems, and security event and an incident management platform designed to secure such information from loss or unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. We also review our security procedures periodically to consider appropriate new technology and updated methods. Even so, despite our reasonable efforts, no security measure is ever perfect or impenetrable.
Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, transmission of Personal Information to and from our Sites is at your own risk. You should only access the Sites within a secure environment.
Email is not recognized as a secure medium of communication. For this reason, we request that you do not send sensitive personal information to us by email.
International Data Transfers
Your Personal Information may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than the country in which you are resident. These countries may have data protection laws that are different to the laws of your country.
Specifically, our Sites servers are located in the U.S. and our group companies and third party service providers and partners operate around the world. This means that when we collect your Personal Information we may process it in any of these countries.
However, we have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your Personal Information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. These include implementing a Data Processing Agreements with the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of Personal Information between our group companies, which require all group companies to protect Personal Information they process from the EEA in accordance with European Union data protection law.
Data Retention
We retain Personal Information we collect from you where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, to provide you with the Sites you have requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Your Data Protection Rights
Subject to certain exceptions and depending on your state or jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Right to access – You may request that we provide access to and copies of your Personal Information.
- Right to correct – You may request that we correct, complete, or update any Personal Information you believe is inaccurate.
- Right to delete – You may request that we delete your Personal Information, under certain conditions.
- Right to restrict certain uses – You may object to our processing of your Personal Information, and/or request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Information, for certain purposes and under certain conditions. However, if you make such a request, we may not be able to offer all of the Sites or certain features of the Sites to you.
- Right to data portability – You may request that we transfer your Personal Information to another organization or to you, under certain conditions.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of the above rights.
California Residents
Except where expressly noted, the subsection below applies only to “personal information” about California residents, as that term is defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), and as supplemented in the Privacy Policy as described above. California residents who wish to exercise the rights described here with respect to their personal information may contact us at [email protected].
California residents are entitled once a year, free of charge, to request and obtain certain information regarding our disclosure, if any, of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. To obtain this information, please send an email message to [email protected] with the words “California Shine the Light Privacy Request” in the subject line as well as in the body of your message.
California residents who are registered users may also request and obtain removal of content. You may request such removal by contacting us using the contact information above. In your request, please provide a description of the material that you want removed and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, and include your name, email address and the subject line “California Removal Request” so that we can process your request.

Other United States Residents
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia may contact us at [email protected] or at our contact information below to exercise any privacy rights permitted under applicable state law.
European Economic Area (EEA) Residents
If you are an individual in the European Economic Area (EAA), we collect and process information about you only where we have legal bases for doing so under applicable EU laws. The legal bases depend on the services you use on the Website, and how you use them. This means we collect and use your information only where:
- We need it to provide services through the Services, including the operation of services, performing under a contract with you, providing customer support and personalized features, and to protect the safety and security of our web services;
- It satisfies a legitimate interest (which is not overridden by EU data protection interests), such as for research and development, to market and promote the Sites, and to protect our legal rights and interests;
- You give us consent to do so for a specific purpose; or
- We need to process your data to comply with a legal obligation.
If we ask you to provide Personal Information to comply with a legal requirement or to perform a contact with you, we will make this clear at the relevant time and advise you whether the provision of your Personal Information is mandatory or not (as well as of the possible consequences if you do not provide your Personal Information).
If we collect and use your Personal Information in reliance on our legitimate interests (or those of any third party), this interest will normally be to operate our platform and communicating with you as necessary to provide our services to you and for our legitimate commercial interest, for instance, when responding to your queries, improving our platform, undertaking marketing, or for the purposes of detecting or preventing illegal activities. We may have other legitimate interests and if appropriate we will make clear to you at the relevant time what those legitimate interests are.

- The right to access the Personal Information we hold about you.
- The right to have your Personal Information correct if any of your personal information that we hold is inaccurate or incomplete.
- The right to be forgotten, i.e. the right to ask us to delete or otherwise dispose of any of your personal information that we have.
- The right to restrict (i.e. prevent) the processing of your personal information.
- The right to object to us using your Personal Information for a particular purpose or purposes.
- The right to data portability. This means that, if you have provided Personal Information to us directly, we are using it with your consent or for the performance of a contract, and that data is processed using automated means, you can ask us for a copy of that personal information to re-use with another service or business in many cases.
- The right to opt-out or restrict the processing of your Personal Information relating to automated decision-making and profiling.

Other International Users
Trading Technologies is based in the United States. If you are accessing the Sites from outside of the US or EEA and your jurisdiction’s regulations governing personal information collection, use, and disclosure differ from applicable United States and EEA law, your continued use of the Sites are governed by these terms. Moreover, your continued use of the Sites indicates your consent to transfer your Personal Information in connection with our Sites in accordance with the practices in this Policy.
We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Minors and Children Under 18
Our Sites are not intended for minors. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18 or knowingly track the use of our Sites by minors. If we learn that an individual under the age of 18 years old has submitted any information to the Sites without prior verifiable parental consent, we will delete such information. No one under the age of 18 years old should provide Personal Information to us.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make a material change to how we collect, use, or disclose Personal Information, we will prominently post an updated Privacy Policy on our Sites. Where required to do so by law, we may seek your prior consent to any material changes we make to this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with our Privacy Policy changes, you may deactivate your account.
